Heart Attack

Heart Attack is a 2D platformer that’s extremely similar to the popular game Super Meat Boy. In this case, you get to control a heart with arms and legs that has to reach the first-aid kit at the end of each one of the more than 40 levels that make up this adventure.

The gameplay is basically identical to one in Super Meat Boy. You only have to worry about three buttons: run to the left, run to the right and jump. You'll need to master these three little buttons in order to dodge hundreds of deadly traps: pits with spikes, circular saws, lasers, rockets, and much more.

Luckily, the controls of Heart Attack are really well adapted for touchscreens. After all, this is a 2D platform game that demands precision and speed and you can be sure that this touchscreen system won’t let you down.

Heart Attack is a super fun, addicting, and challenging 2D platformer. It is kind of a shame that it doesn’t offer a more original concept considering that Android already has shameless copy of Super Meat Boy: Dex (along with its sequel).
